Someone reported verbal harassment by a neighbor at a residence at 500 Umstead Drive at 6:57 p.m. Tuesday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

Someone committed larceny at 127 E. Franklin St. at 10:50 a.m. Monday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

The person took a Samsung Galaxy S2 cell phone, valued at $100, out of a bag, reports state.

Someone committed larceny from a motor vehicle and credit card or ATM fraud at 503 W. Franklin St. at 4 p.m. Monday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
