Low carb recipes to help you have a healthy summer

When summer comes around and I'm slightly less stressed, I always have the motivation to eat healthier.  But I'm not a master chef, so I have a few easy and healthy recipes that are my go-to options on a hot summer day.  

These recipes are high in protein, low in sugar and carbohydrates and will keep you feeling energized and full throughout the day.
