Good morning!
If you're a long-time subscriber, you likely know I have a reputation for being bad with art. In fifth grade, I was scolded and went home crying because the clay sculpture I made was ugly and my teacher didn't think I was trying. In fairness, she was correct.
A couple years ago, I almost got escorted out of the Hirshhorn by security for touching a big netted sculpture hanging from the ceiling and setting off an alarm.
In short, I hate art a lot — but not enough to completely defund the National Endowment for the Arts, probably.
I'd hate to see what Donald Trump's clay sculpture looked like in primary school.

IN THE FINAL FOUR
