I saw Caroline in the Pit when the weather was slightly dreary but her outfit was everything but. I love the combination of colors and textures that she mixes to pull the outfit together. The leopard coat mixed with the green denim shorts and patterned tights is kind of unexpected. This is also a great example of how to wear denim shorts in the winter. Her coat and shoes are from Urban Outfitters and her top (which is actually a bodysuit) and shorts are from American Apparel.
Caroline said she gets her style inspiration from her friends, especially the ones in Saint Anthony Hall, and also from fashion blogs.
Caroline’s fashion advice: “Even if you don’t think it works, try it.” Trying lots of different things can not only help you figure out what looks good on yourself but also you can figure out how to wear the items in your closet differently.
