An ancient myth, Michelangelo and a giant disco ball. These all come together in this weekend’s production of “99 Ways to F@#K a Swan,” by UNC’s Professional Actor Training Program.
The Comparative Literature Organization for Undergraduate Discussion is pairing again with the Varsity Theatre to screen three classic films, all of which tackle the politics and culture of the Cold War years. “Dr. Strangelove,” “The Innocents,” and “The Manchurian Candidate” will each be shown once through the end of April.
The Student Artery opened it’s first exhibit of the Spring semester, “REFRESH.” The exhibit — a fresh start for 2011 — features the work of Morgan Muhs, along with various other student artists.
In a small but exciting exhibition, artist Amy Sherald confronts the difficult question of race in modern America. The exhibition which opened Feb. 3, is on display at the Sonja Hayes Center through April 22.
