GAA dinner gives hints on business etiquette

The General Alumni Association hosted an etiquette dinner Tuesday to teach its members and UNC seniors the appropriate manners to make a good impression.
The dinner, held at the Carolina Club, incorporated a fashion show on acceptable business dress.

Campus are joining forces to get college women talking about breast cancer.
The Carolina Women's Center, Campus Recreation and Campus Health Services are sponsoring Breast Cancer Awareness Week, which aims to educate young women on the importance of keeping their bodies healthy, maintaining a positive self-image and fighting the disease. (0 Comments)

Vox promotes sex awareness
When students walked into Murphey Hall on Tuesday night, they were handed goody bags of colored condoms, lubricant and candy.
Vox: Voices for Planned Parenthood hosted a sex toy party that about 50 students attended.

Prolonged construction now on track
Construction delays have forced students, faculty and staff to wait longer to reap the benefits of ongoing expansion projects on UNC's campus.
But now construction officials say all projects are on track.
The steam pipeline replacement project - on Raleigh and McCauley streets, as well as in the area between Woollen and Fetzer gymnasiums - was delayed one month because of unexpected rock found between the gyms. (0 Comments)
