Robberies victimize local Latinos Latinos in Chapel Hill and Carrboro have been victims of a series of robberies this month. Ten robberies have been reported in Carrboro and three in Chapel Hill. Those in Chapel Hill occurred during the same night. The victims have described the suspect in similar ways, leading the police from both cities to believe that the same people are responsible for the 10 robberies, in which only one victim was not Latino.
