Placing your ad online through our classifieds website is the easiest way to place your ads in our Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 print papers and online.
Commercial Business Rates: $42.50/week for up to 25 words ($8.50/day, 5 day minimum run) Must run consecutive days
Not for Profit Rates: $20/week for up to 25 words ($4/day, 5 day minimum run) Must run consecutive days
(Registered Non-Profit businesses, please call 919-962-0252 to establish not-for-profit status BEFORE placing ad)

Additional words after the first 25: $0.25/word/day
Bold Headline: $3/day
Box: $1/day

Preprinted Inserts Information
All preprints running for the first time must be approved by The Daily Tar Heel two weeks prior to insertion.
Arrival at press: One week prior to insertion
Call advertising office for date availability. Do not ship inserts prior to confirming date.
Single sheet, no folds ... $95/1000. All others ... $105/1000. No magazines are permitted. Inserts are sold in increments of 1,000 with a 5,000 minimum and 10,000 maximum.
Minimum size ... 5.5" x 8.5" Maximum size ... 11.25" x 12.5" Minimum weight of printed stock ... 50 lb. Maximum thickness ... 0.25"
