Tangerine is one of the Spring 2012 Top Must Haves. After seeing this tangerine and navy color combination, it’s reconfirmed. The look perfectly contradicts itself because it’s both minimal and eye-catching, creating an effortlessly chic look.

“I love vests, lots of beads and cool natural jewelry… [and] bright colors, its so nice and “Spring”-y”, Gerber said.

My favorite piece of the outfit is her Tibetan stones necklace. The necklace, an authentic Indian piece, gives off tribal vibes while the vest flaunts her Southern origin. Christyn pulls the look off perfectly, completing it with her perfectly wavy hair. She says her must have accessory is her Mala beads on her wrist because it compliments the tribal feel of her necklace. My favorite trends of this spring are tangerine and tribal styles, and this outfit is one of my favorites so far.

Her earrings, also in tangerine, compliment both the dress and her Indian inspired necklace, while her fringed shoulder bag adds to the Southern appeal of her outfit. The braided belt, which is one of my personal favorite accessories, was the perfect final touch to this outfit. It holds the outfit together both figuratively and literally.

Tangerine, navy, tribal vibes, and Indian jewelry; my favorite things all in one outfit.
