Monday, Oct. 1

- James Lee Freeman, 46, of 123B Cole St., Chapel Hill, was arrested at Lenoir Dining Hall at 12:50 p.m. for assault on a female and injury to real property.

Freeman is an employee of Carolina Dining Services.

Reports state that he was released on unsecured bond and is scheduled to appear in Orange County District Court in Hillsborough on Oct 15.

Sunday, Sept. 30

- Lacy Eugene Reaves of 323 Lindsey St. was arrested at Lenoir Dining Hall at 3:39 p.m. for probation violation.

Reports state that Reaves, an employee of Carolina Dining Services, is being held at Hillsborough without bond until Oct. 1.

Saturday, Sept. 29

- Chapel Hill police arrested Che Boyd Youmans, 31, of 89 Church St. at 2:27 a.m. for driving while intoxicated, driving with a revoked license and speeding at 45 miles per hour in a 25 mile-per-hour zone.

The case was closed on written promise. He is scheduled to appear in Orange County District Court in Chapel Hill on Nov. 13.

- A UNC senior reported at 9:51 a.m. that the front right window of his car had been smashed.

He parked his car at 9:20 a.m. near Gate 2 off Stadium Drive, reports state. Nothing was removed from the vehicle.
