Police log for April 23, 2010

Someone stole another person’s wallet and used his credit cards between 7:23 p.m. Tuesday and 1:41 p.m. Wednesday at 1720 N. Fordham Blvd., according to Chapel Hill police reports. The person stole $200 in cash, as well as three credit and debit cards, an N.C. driver’s license and the $50 leather wallet, reports state.

Someone threw a rock at the passenger side window of a white 1998 Chrysler Town & Country at 8:47 p.m. Wednesday at 2111 Fountain Ridge Road, according to Chapel Hill police reports. Although the rock caused $100 in damage, there was no indication that anyone entered the vehicle, reports state.

Someone stole a $50 cell phone between 1 p.m. Tuesday and 9:36 p.m. Wednesday at Smith Middle School, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

Someone stole a GPS mount from the front door of a residence between 9 a.m. and 8:15 p.m. Wednesday at 800 Pritchard Ave. Ext., according to Chapel Hill police reports.
