Hillsborough’s Tourism Board is requesting that nonprofit agencies and civic groups submit grant proposals that would create programs to support area tourism.
Funding for the selected project will come from money the town received from its 1 percent prepared food tax.
Applications are available both on the town’s website and at Town Hall, which is located at 101 E. Orange St.
Completed applications are due by 3 p.m. April 1 for review by the Tourism Board.
