Rodolfo Galindo was cited for larceny of beer and wine from Goodfellows bar after he was caught stealing from the bar’s cooler and stopped by an employee, reports state. Rodolfo attempted to steal two bottles of sparkling wine worth $15 each and a six pack of PBR bottles worth $15, reports state. Rodolfo was released on a written promise to appear in court, reports state.
  • Fraternity brothers were seen streaking through the quad at 12:02 a.m. Sunday at 229 E. Franklin St., according to Chapel Hill police reports.
  • Someone punched another person with closed fists repeatedly at 4:50 a.m. Sunday at 106 Fraternity Court, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
  • Someone stole designer fragrances from Kerr Drug between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Sunday at 1106 Environ Way, according to the Chapel Hill police reports. The person stole six designer fragrances worth $194.94, reports state.
  • Someone stole $50 worth of electronics at 2 p.m. Sunday from the PTA Thrift Shop at 99 S. Elliott Road, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
  • Someone saw another person looking in her apartment windows at 4:23 p.m. Sunday at 100 Timber Hollow Court, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
  • Someone stole a blue Sym Jet Sport scooter from a residence between 6 p.m. Saturday and 12:02 a.m. Sunday at 115 Creel St., according to Chapel Hill police reports. The scooter was worth $2,600, reports state.
  • Someone saw a person taking pictures behind her apartment at 5:30 p.m. Friday at 105 Bright Sun Place, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
