A man police said is wanted on state warrants was pursued by officers on foot around 12:35 a.m. Thursday morning near the intersection of Rosemary and Henderson streets.
Police declined to name the man, who was described by witnesses as wearing all black with dreadlocks down slightly past his shoulders.
The suspect ran north down Henderson street, entered The Recovery Room through the front door and exited through the back, said Mike Freas, the bar’s owner.
Witnesses at Rec Room said they saw the suspect enter the bar by himself earlier in the evening.
