PlayMakers Repertory Company will perform Edward Albee’s beloved drama, “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?” as the final show of the 2011 calendar year, company officials announced.

The play, which follows the deteriorating marriage of a loveless couple, will star PlayMakers regulars Ray Dooley and Julie Fishell.

The production will run Nov. 30 to Dec. 18 in the Paul Green Theatre.

The production was not announced at the company’s season reveal, due to ongoing contractual arrangements for the script.
