  • Someone broke into a home and stole property between midnight and 11:40 a.m. Wednesday at 107 Covington Drive, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
    Items stolen include a $1,200 camera, a $1,300 guitar and a $2,500 computer, reports state.
  • Two people fought between 5:30 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. Wednesday at 750 Weaver Dairy Road, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
  • Someone reported nearly being struck by a vehicle at 8 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of W. Cameron Avenue and Pittsboro Street, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
