  • A homeowner located an unknown substance in the closet at 10:42 a.m. Saturday at 100 Dickerson Court, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
  • Someone destroyed property at 12:07 a.m. at 206 W. Franklin St. by throwing food on the walls, ceiling and floor, according to Chapel Hill police reports. The destroyed food was valued at $2,400, reports state.
