Two Carrboro High School students were arrested for breaking and entering Tuesday, according to a press release from the Carrboro Police Department.

Daquan Johnson, 17, of 117 Friar Lane in Carrboro and a 15- year-old juvenile were charged with felony breaking and entering, felony larceny and felony possession of stolen goods.

The two were observed breaking into an apartment at Royal Park Apartments at 501 N.C. 54 bypass in Carrboro. All the stolen property was recovered and will be returned to the owner.

Carrboro police ask that people remain aware of suspicious activity and call 911 promptly to report it.
