According to the Orange County Water and Sewer Authority website, a water line broke at 7:30 a.m. on Manning Drive. OWASA is currently repairing the break, and an Alert Carolina update posted at 12:47 p.m. states two lanes of Manning Drive are blocked off.
Water service has been turned off to the Family Medicine Center, Hinton James Residence Hall and Rams Village 5.
