Made Without Gluten Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup peanut butter
1 2/3 cup sugar
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg, whisked
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly mix peanut butter and sugar
Add baking powder and mix
Add egg and mix
Fold in chocolate chips
Scoop dough onto cookie sheet and flatten slightly
Bake at 325 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes
