East Franklin Street restaurant Mixed Korean Bistro closed recently, but fans of its menu will still be able to find their favorite dishes at the business’ local food truck.
Mixed Korean Truck offers fan favorite items such as Bibimbap and Ugly Wings, in addition to several other menu choices. Customers can follow the truck on Facebook and Twitter to find its location, and the schedule is available online at the business’ website.
As for another permanent restaurant location, the bistro’s owner, Jimmy Kim, said that early plans for a new restaurant in the area may be in the works.
The former location of Mixed Korean Bistro at 1401 E. Franklin St. has already been filled by Captain Poncho's Tacos, a Mexican restaurant. Captain Poncho's closed its previous location on Market Street.
