All Up in Your Business: BSkis has a new store owner

BSki’s on East Franklin Street has a new store owner — but don’t fear, because the menu won’t change.

Magdy Ghoneim, who also owns Wayback Burgers in Mebane, is the new owner of BSki’s. 

BSki’s store manager Terrol Staley said the old owner listed the business for sale because he felt like it was time for a new start. 

“The old owner has done it for the past 11 years and he just wanted to focus more on his two little girls,” Staley said.

Ghoneim’s sons and wife help run both restaurants, though they continue to follow the lead of Staley, who has been at BSki’s for almost a year. 

“BSki’s is gonna be BSki’s,” Staley said.

Staley said if anything, they’re going to improve the quality of the food, how fast the food comes out and the speediness of deliveries.
