James Thomas Keeter Sr. was pronounced dead Sunday night after an accidental collision with a vehicle off of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard near Critz Drive, according to Chapel Hill Police.
The Chapel Hill local was pronounced dead around 8:30 p.m. The cause of the collision is under investigation.
This is the second pedestrian killed after a collision with a vehicle on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in the past two months.
