  • A person was arrested for larceny on the 100 block of New Castle Drive at 11:26 a.m. last Tuesday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

The report states the suspect committed larceny of a dog and was put under a $1,000 bond.

  • A misdemeanor larceny was reported on the 300 block of North Greensboro Street at 2:41 p.m. on Wednesday, according to Carrboro police reports.

The report states the suspect stole fried chicken worth $7.99 from Harris Teeter.

  • An injury to real property and disturbance were reported on the 400 block of NC-54 at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday, according to Carrboro police reports.

The report states the suspect caused $200 worth of damage to the victim's front door using their hands, feet, teeth, etc.

  • Someone was arrested for public consumption on the 100 block of North Columbia Street at 7:22 p.m. on Thursday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

The report states the suspect was consuming wine in public.
