Homecoming tickets sales continue, the wider public now has access

The day Canvas warned about has finally come: tickets for the Homecoming Concert are now available for the general public’s consumption.

Starting Tuesday, tickets for the Oct. 29 Passion Pit can be purchased by anyone and everyone — provided they have $25 on hand ($15 for UNC faculty and staff).

CUAB President Adele Ricciardi told Canvas in an email on Tuesday that around 100 general public tickets were sold on the first day of sale. After several weeks of student-only sales, 900 seats remain for the concert in Carmichael Auditorium.

Meaning, of course, that if you somehow haven’t bought your tickets yet and still have had time to read our posts about their continued sale, you should probably get on it quick.

Ricciardi says they expect to sell out before the end of the month, so get hopping. The Union Auditorium Box Office isn’t too far away.

We’ll keep you updated as more tickets sell.
