How to rock bell bottoms without looking like you're on 'That 70s Show'

April 5 is National Bell Bottoms Day (random, I know), so what better way to celebrate than by wearing some ultra wide-legged pants?

I understand that the bell bottoms look isn't for everyone, but, if you like experimenting with your wardrobe, here are some tips so can look hip without looking like a hippie.

1. Let the pants be the focus of your outfit

Pants with a funky pattern pair really well with neutral colors. A light beige top will balance out with bold, paisley pants.

2. Add a necklace or two

If you plan on wearing on wearing basic colored pants, play up the look with fun jewelry! A little accessorizing never killed nobody.

3. Add some height

Pants that drag on the ground can look unclean. Keep the look classy and neat by wearing heels or booties with your bell bottoms.

Another way to keep your look polished is by tucking your shirt into your pants for a seamless appearance.
