Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told CNN that she was responsible for the security of American diplomats — not the president. After American Ambassador to Libya, Chris Stevens, was killed on Sept. 11, there has been criticism that President Obama and Vice President Biden are not as involved in the process as they should be.
