16 Christmas movie favorites you must watch this year

Most people are counting down the days until Christmas break, but I am counting down the days until ABC's 25 Days of Christmas starts. Okay, and until Christmas break but let's be honest, there are less days until Dec. 1 so it's more fun counting down to that. (T-minus seven days everyone).

The holiday season is my favorite time of year because you can with out a doubt always find a good Christmas movie on TV at any given time.

There is nothing like getting cozy on the couch with a blanket and a warm cup of coco with the soft glow of the lights from the Christmas tree shining down on you while you are watching a Christmas classic with your family. (That was probably the best run on sentence that has ever been published).

I have many, many Christmas movie favorites. However, I did a survey on Christmas movie favorites amongst my group of friends and came to find "Elf" seems to be the favorite with "It’s a Wonderful Life" coming in as a close second.

Whatever your taste in movies may be, here is a list of the top 16 Christmas movies that should be on your list to watch this Christmas season!
