Notable: A public hearing will be held regarding applications for special-use permits for New Life Fellowship at 510 Sage Road, The Graduate at 105 Kenan St. and The Courtyards of Homestead at 2209 Homestead Road.
TUESDAY
Carrboro Board of Aldermen Regular Meeting
Time: 7:30 p.m.
Location: Carrboro Town Hall, 301 W. Main St.
Notable: The board will hold a public hearing regarding a street closure for the Saint Paul AME Church 5K. Among other agenda items, the aldermen will also discuss a traffic calming request from residents who live along Tallyho Trail and receive an update on storm water flooding issues.
Orange County Board of Commissioners Regular Meeting
Time: 7 p.m.
Location: Southern Human Services Center, 2501 Homestead Road
Notable: Among other agenda items, the commissioners will discuss a plan regarding goals to send on to the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners for their two-year legislative goals package.
