Notable: The council has five main points for discussion on the agenda. Among other agenda items, they will continue the public hearing for the stormwater management master plan, discuss options for development of town-owned property in the Ephesus-Fordham area and offer comments on the artwork design for the Chapel Hill Public Library. They will also discuss amending the town’s guidelines for the Affordable Housing Fund.

Chapel Hill Town Council Work Session

Location: 100 Library Drive
Notable: The town council will discuss the Obey Creek development, focusing on economic development, land use and transportation.
