Yoga has been medically proven to offer health benefits such as stress reduction, improvements in physical mobility, & management of chronic conditions by researchers at the National Institute of Health. Join us for a low-impact and engaging yoga session with instructor Alison Smith! Participants will learn creative and low-impact yoga exercises in the comforts of their home.
