Revelers swarmed the street October 31st to celebrate Halloween on Franklin Street. Around 300 officers were present to make sure the the fifth year of "Homegrown Halloween" went off without a hitch in downtown Chapel Hill. One group decided to dress up as the popular sensation Duck Dynasty, complete with mop beards and a child.
