This November, voters will choose their municipal representatives in Chapel Hill and Carrboro. The Editorial Board, composed of 15 undergraduate students, has made its endorsements for the upcoming mayoral and town council elections.

If Chapel Hill were to adopt Step Up’s model, those residents wouldn’t have to be as concerned about their homes devaluing upon the construction of affordable duplexes because that wouldn’t be the only option for affordable housing."
