UNC will provide stipends to most of the employees who have University-provided phones as a way of reimbursing them for using their personal cell phones for University business. The committee will vote Dec. 17 on whether to support the University’s adoption of such a resolution to the policy passed by the UNC system’s Faculty Assembly.
