Police log for April 13, 2010

Somebody displayed a gun and robbed someone at 3:28 a.m. Monday at 342 W. Rosemary St., according to Chapel Hill police reports. The person took a $300 cell phone and a $1 wallet containing a driver’s license, two credit cards, a lighter and $15 cash, reports state.

misdemeanor charges of possession of half a gram of marijuana and paraphernalia, for failure to appear in court and driving with a revoked license at 7:18 p.m. Friday at Weaver Dairy Road extension, according to Chapel Hill police reports. Charles Ashley Bibby Kegg was released on a $500 unsecured bond, reports state.

A Chapel Hill man was arrested for misdemeanor possession of two grams of marijuana and a Durham County order for arrest at 1:50 p.m. Wednesday at 216 N. Roberson St., according to Chapel Hill police reports. Justin Eric Gattis, 45, was released from the magistrate under a written promise to appear in court, reports state.

Two men were arrested for misdemeanor indecent exposure during the weekend, according to Chapel Hill police reports. Bernard Maurice Williams, 32, of Sanford, dropped his pants in public at 2:38 a.m. Sunday at the Carolina Inn, reports state. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.
