Race to the finish: Andrew Powell elected student body president
In a closely contested election, Andrew Powell won the office of the 2014-2015 student body president of UNC-Chapel Hill. Powell defeated Emilio Vicente in a record-breaking runoff election Tuesday night. Powell won 62.9 percent majority with 4,760 of 7,441 student votes.
