The members of the UNC Ethics Bowl team became national champions on Feb. 25, going undefeated through seven rounds of competition against a field of 35 other schools.
A student petition was posted on Jan. 29 requesting that the ceremony be moved to either Carmichael Arena or the Dean E. Smith Center. The EXSS graduation team announced on Feb. 8 that the ceremony would be moved from Memorial Hall to Carmichael Gymnasium.
The board discussed the SCiLL's inaugural dean, heard from Student Body President Christopher Everett about student mental health and accessibility and discussed student involvement in the search for the next chancellor.
Since UNC seniors Andrew Mattson and Stephen Chesser started the club last fall, volunteers have collected over 400 pounds of trash and served more than 400 hours.
Students say they are excited about the UNC-Duke game, seeing new team talent and hopefully rushing Franklin Street.

This Saturday at Hooker Fields, the Carolina Union Activities Board will be hosting its annual Jubilee as an all-day, flea-market style music festival open to the public. The festival will begin at 11:30 a.m. and include food trucks, multiple music performers, inflatables and an array of small business booths. Young Nudy will hit the stage around 7:30 p.m.
Grace White, the paper conservator at Ackland Art Museum, spends her days repairing damages on works of art like drawings, watercolors and prints. She said that one of the most interesting parts of her job is learning about art from different locations and times.
