The UNC chapter of Habitat for Humanity is looking for volunteers and financial support for a project to build 10 houses for 10 UNC employees who live in substandard housing
The idea for UNC Build a Block came about when 85 percent of the applicants for housing at a new Habitat for Humanity site were UNC employees
The organization is looking to raise $350,000 for the project.
