Fans should enter from the South Side of Kenan Stadium through gates
5, 6 and 7 beginning at 1 p.m. Gates 2 and 3 on the North side will open at 1:30 p.m.
Immediately following the game at 4 p.m., players and coaches will be available for autographs on the field until 4:45 p.m.
Softball Earns a Split
GREENVILLE, N.C. -- The North Carolina softball team split a doubleheader at East Carolina on Wednesday afternoon, falling 1-0 in eight innings in the first game and winning 8-2 in the second game.
The Tar Heels are 28-17-1 heading into this weekend's ACC matchups at Georgia Tech. ECU is now 40-17.
In Game 1 against the Pirates, Radara McHugh struck out 13 and gave up just three hits.
One of those, however, was a two-out double by Angela Manzo that scored Keisha Shepperson for the win in the bottom of the eighth.
