10 a.m. -- Habitat for Humanity is holding a silent auction until 2 p.m. at Chapel of the Cross on East Franklin Street to benefit the Honduras Work Trip.

1 p.m -- The Department of Physics and Astronomy present the Physics Demonstration Show until 2 p.m. in 215 Phillips Hall.

7 p.m. -- The High Lonesome Strings Bluegrass Association and Piedmont Classical Guitar Society present "Doc-A-Billy and Bluegrass Music." 4 p.m. - Women's Voices Chorus presents "In My Mother's House," a choral concert with Lana Walter's Magnificat and much more. The concert will be held at University United Methodist Church at 150 E. Franklin St. Tickets are available at the door for $10 for adults and $5 for children. For more information, call 932-5455.

4 p.m -- Interested in learning about Teach for America? All students of all majors are invited to hear UNC alumnus David Jernigan, class of 2000, share his experiences and answer questions in Carmichael Residence Hall's Fishbowl.

TBA -- The Orange County Rape Crisis Center will be offering an on-campus, eight-week group for UNC students who have experienced adult rape or sexual assault. For more information, call Melany at the Orange County Rape Crisis Center to schedule a meeting at 968-4647.
