Students Encouraged to Play an Active Role in Curriculum Review

Did you know that in five years UNC's undergraduate education is going to be dramatically different?

For the first time in 20 years our current perspectives will be completely revised.

The Curriculum Revision Steering Committee has proposed 25 requirements that they feel are integral to a liberal arts undergraduate education. That's four more requirements than we have now.

Let the faculty and administration know what you think. A forum will be held today at 6 p.m. in Union 212.

Forums not your style? Check out the one hour pass/fail seminar all about new proposal, starting Oct. 29, at 2:30 p.m. Sign up by e-mailing kasexton@email.unc.edu.

Future students won't have a voice in the classes they're required to take -- we have to speak for them now.
