Members of the University's Faculty Council discussed the results of the recently released report on faculty retention during the council's meeting Friday afternoon.
The study, conducted by members of the council in tandem with the Office of Institutional Research, highlights the areas of concern for faculty retention.
Judith Wegner, chairwoman of the faculty, solicited responses from her colleagues to identify the key issues of the report and soon will lead the next stage of determining policy changes, priorities for resource allocation and administrative responses.
