David Geigerman is not the kind of person who has trouble carrying on a conversation.
But when he was interviewed for a telemarketing job during his freshman year, Geigerman found that he had nothing to say.
“My cover letter and everything was great, and I write really well,” said Geigerman, a junior business major. “But when I got on the phone … I kind of froze up.”
