Nursing school given grant to better curriculum quality
The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation has awarded the UNC School of Nursing a grant of $590,000.
The grant money will go toward developing a curriculum on quality and safety in the nursing school in order to help improve patient care and health care environments by preparing future nurses.
The 18-month first phase of the multiphase project is scheduled to begin in October.
