Kathy Marie Brown, 44, of 2907 Governor Sanford St., in Efland, was arrested at 7:00 a.m. Tuesday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
She was armed with a handgun on view and arrested for a felony charge of maintaining a dwelling and misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and drug possession, reports state.
Brown was secured in Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail, and she was scheduled to appear Tuesday in court, reports state.
