Sean Patrick List, whose residency is listed as 102 Graham Residence Hall, was arrested for driving drunk and violating the rules of his provisional license early Monday morning, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
List, 19, was stopped by police after he turned onto Raleigh Street from Franklin Street without stopping for a red traffic light, reports state.
He was released on a written promise to appear April 15 in District Criminal Court in Chapel Hill after registering a 0.13 blood alcohol content, reports state.
Also arrested for drunken driving was Claire Paula Brennan, 32, of Durham, who was pulled over after going 65 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
Sometime between 6 p.m. Friday and 7:15 a.m. Sunday someone cut wires leading to the solar light near the public artwork outside of Chapel Hill's Town Hall, causing $300 damage, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
