A UNC employee was arrested and charged with driving while impaired and speeding, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
Scott David Williams, 46, of 108 Collums Road, was arrested at 11:04 p.m. Tuesday on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, reports state.
He was released on written promise to appear in court. He is scheduled to appear in court April 2, reports state.
