The Chapel Hill Fire Department responded to a structure fire at 411 Long Leaf Drive at 7:20 p.m. Sunday.
The fire was likely caused by a chimney fire in an aging fireplace. No injuries were reported.
Five fire companies and two emergency services crews responded to the fire, which caused about $60,000 in damage.
