This weekend, UNC Wordsmiths slam team advanced to the final stage of the College Unions Poetry Slam Invitational in New York City. The group placed fourth out of 59 total participating schools from across the nation.
The organization will hold a “Farewell Open Mic” event on Saturday at 7 p.m. in Campus Y.
