Lisa Renee Baldwin, 41, of Chapel Hill, was struck and killed by oncoming traffic at 8:24 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of U.S. 15-501 and South Estes Drive near University Mall, according to a press release from the Chapel Hill Police Department.
An investigation is ongoing, the press release states.
